This privacy policy applies to Gymio (the “App”), the Android application published on Google Play under the package name com.shamil.gymio by Shamil (“we,” “our,” or “us”). • Account Information: Name, phone number and password when you create an account, or when your gym creates one for you. Gymio signs you in with your phone number; we do not ask for an email address.
• Profile Information: Age, gender, fitness goals, and health information you choose to share
• Membership Payment Records: The amount, date and method of membership fees, recorded in the app by your gym. Gymio does not process payments and does not collect or store card numbers, bank details or any other payment credentials.
• Support Communications: Messages and information you send when contacting customer support

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information
• Usage Data: How you interact with our app, features used, time spent, and crash reports
• Location Information: Approximate location based on IP address or GPS if you enable location services

Account and Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your Gymio account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

• From the app: go to Settings → Contact & feedback and send us a message asking for your account to be deleted, or
• By email: write to shamilpp4115@gmail.com from the phone number on the account, with the subject “Delete my Gymio account”.

We verify that the request comes from the account holder, then delete your account, profile details, photos, attendance history and payment records. Deletion is completed within 30 days. Your gym may retain its own separate records of your membership where it is required to do so by law (for example, for accounting or tax purposes); those records are held by your gym, not by Gymio.

Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

For users between 13 and 18 years of age, we recommend that you review this policy with a parent or guardian.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
